Beautiful location, wonderful house. Gorgeous views of the ocean, and so easy to walk to the beach, the shops and the little cafe 2 doors down. Tim came by whenever we needed anything and was extremely helpful. The kitchen was well-stocked and the furniture was tasteful and comfortable. We were a group of 13 women, and all were so happy with the house and would love to come back.

Everyone enjoyed their stay in May 2017. The house was clean and had very comfortable bedding for our large group. A married couple in our group enjoyed their accommodations in the spacious second-floor Beach Room, watching the ocean and writing at the table while enjoying the sight of children and dogs playing in the surf. Our group gathered each evening in the living room for conversation and for the same view of the beach and the ocean. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch with the same great view and sounds of the ocean. I like to cook so the kitchen was far more than I expected. The

Had a wonderful stay at Beach & King. The host was very accommodating of both my specific dietary requests and my odd departure times. He was always available by phone or text to answer questions.
The room was the best. Had a nice view of the ocean and two comfy chairs to read in. And the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it. The location was perfect too, both for walking around Rockport and for commuting into the city - the train is just 1/4 mile away. I'd highly recommend the Inn for a single or couple, and it would be a great get-away for families or groups of friends.
