Preston reality is a great company to rent from. I only rated it a 4 star because the Condo (Seawalk)I'm renting is a little out dated and needs to be brought up to date. Other than that everything is great... Condo was clean, short walk to the beach, close to all the nice food spots, and quiet at night.

My fiance and I have been searching for places for us and our bridal party to stay the weekend of our wedding. We have talked to SO many lovely and helpful people, like Paula from Hampton Beach Side Rentals, and Keper Connell who owns several houses in the area, as well as many other great homeowners. However, after attempting to communicate with two seperate people from Preston Real Estate, my fiance and I both had bad experiences. How do these people run a business being that damn rude?! Learn some basic customer service skills!

Browsing the beach with my wife on Memorial Day Weekend. We live a pretty comfortable lifestyle. I was interested in some pricing on a potential purchase and the lady pointed to a brochure. I started to browse through the pages and she says, "Let me get you a less expensive brochure". I responded by asking her what she was trying to say... She walked out and I did too shortly after that comment.
