Corcoran Environmental Services was established in 1997 by Patrick Corcoran, who after 13 years of employment in the recycling industry for other organizations felt a need to create the organization now in existence. Throughout much of his education and employment he developed ideas in recycling that today remain the foundational building blocks for the Corcoran business model.
As a 'Recycling First' company, Corcoran Environmental Services pursues and generates superior value for our clients through our traditional New England values: Integrity, Innovation, and Initiative. We believe that all 'waste' may be put to constructive purposes which increase efficiency, create profit, and improve the quality of our environment and our lives.
On average a family of 4 consumes: 182 gallons of soda, 29 gallons of juice, 104 gallons of milk and 26 gallons of bottled water a year. All those containers can be recycled. Truckload, mixed commodities, LTL, roll off, compactors, municipal curbside collection and walking floor trailers are just some of the logistic services Corcoran Environmental provides.
Coastal Studies for Girls provides high school sophomores with an opportunity to excel in science and technology in a community defined by academic, experiential and inspirational learning. CSG students engage in scientific inquiry, leadership development, critical thinking and stewardship while developing their educational and career aspirations.
