This auto shop is amazing! Today (on a Saturday) my car broke down in front of Broadway Battery at 1pm. Despite already having other vehicles in the shop and being scheduled to close at 3pm, Ray gladly helped me out. He diagnosed a failed alternator, had a replacement delivered, and handed me the keys to my repaired vehicle at 3:20pm! I will definitely be a returning customer!

First time i met Ray i had a hydro locked jeep that i thought was done for. Not only was i wrong they fixed it up for a reasonable amount. I've known Ray for years now. Great guy with a great heart. Truly wants the best for his customers. Probably why they keep coming back. If Ray can't do it he's good enough to refer you you someone he trusts. I've spent good money in this place. I've never felt cheated by Ray.

Love these guys. -- no frills
The first time I went here was due to my vehicle shaking. They called me to tell me I had a balance problem with my tires and that they couldn't help me and referred me elsewhere. Ray would not charge me... So I paid them in pastries from Mainly Grains across the street and they dove in to that box!
The second time to get a service engine light looked at and have my ac checked. Again, they didn't treat me like a target that they could take for all my money and then some. Turned out my ac intake was broken (split in half) and they fixed it along with my sensor

The real name of this place is Broad-Ray Battery. At first glance, this little place looks like an unassuming automotive store. In part it is, but what's surprising is that this place was able to sell me a hard-to-find (non-automotive) battery that I needed last minute.
