I had a great experience with Normandy Estates Office staff. i never been in a office where the manager them selves help you, Michele i hope thats how she spells her name was very professional with answering my questions and had knowledge of information i didnt know of. i do not live in the community YET but i am sure wanting to buy a home after talking to her. she explained to me in details how the park is and i drove around the park and i see how clean it is compared to how it used to be 5 years ago when i first visited. Great Job Michele and her Team

I love Normandy Estates, the staff is amazing, they cleaned this park up so good i can have guests over and not feel ashamed. people here complaint because they want free things. the office doesnt have to give us anything they are giving us a beautiful community what more can we ask for. all these lies and complaints people are spreading is a bunch of bull. you have a manager who comes out at night and drive around to make sure the community is safe, we have security who walks on foot to check the community. the residents here want things but they dont want to help or take care of their homes.

Kinda sketchy staff when it comes to paying or getting in to the park. We bought a trailer from someone and we didn't live in it for about 3 months but we were working on it and we got told that we had to pay the previous tenants back rent or we would get "evicted". Don't know how we would get evicted if we didn't have a lease with them but sure that happened.

It's a trailer park. Need I say more. Its not nearly as bad as some trailer parks I know of, (like Pairadice Village for example) but it's still a trailer park. Not somewhere I'd want to raise my children. Trailer parks undoubtedly have to many dwellings right on top of each other on such a small piece of land. I wouldn't want to live in one.

I love Normandy Estates... My dad lives in this trailer park. It's very well kept up. The management is all over the place but the tenants are very nice. Everyone seems to be very neighborly and nice. The lawn maintenance is kept up well. All and all, I'd say it is a nice place to live. They have amminitys, like a pool, very nice and big.... They have a playground for the kiddos. All around pretty nice Lil community.
