All Classes and times are subject to change. Yoga Level 1 is an introductory yoga class with a yoga alliance certified instructor. Class will consist of different levels of breath work, basic poses, and stretches. Yoga level 1 is a vinyassa based class with special attention to proper alignment and breathing.

The staff is so polite and helpful. I love the reminders they set out. And the fact I can call and speak to a live person when I need to make changes. It’s super clean there. They are with the Covid CDC compliance’s. So, I feel safe when getting treatment there. I totally would recommend this place.

I have been going here for more than eight years. Dr. Lum and Dr. Charlie are keeping me aligned as I continue to work out, snowboard, BJJ, and live an active life. Especially recently-ish when I fell off an electric skateboard onto my knee I had surgery on 20 years ago. Glad I made a full recovery with them!

Amazing results with Brian!! I have a tear in my shoulder rotator cuff. Went to three different ortho surgeons. One recommended surgery (which I chose not to). Another one gave me a cortisone shot. Went to PT. None of it helped. Within a few sessions with Brian, I was able to move my arm without pain. After about 10 sessions, I’m at 95%! I have almost normal range and strength in my right arm now. And I have been able to play tennis again!!

This is the best kept secret in long beach! So clean and well organized. The staff are super knowledgeable and extremely friendly and down-to-earth. The facility is wonderful, but also the classes are awesome and varied. There is everything from yoga classes of all kinds to Pilates to strength and Mobility classes and even Zumba! There are free workshops on Saturdays at 11 a.m. on all kinds of fitness and health related topics. Not to mention there is CrossFit! And it is so great! Don't even get me started, it's too much to explain.
