I recently had Botox done here by Frances and Joyce and it was the best experience I ever had. They use plastic surgery markers and double and triple check their injection sites. Post injection was perfect. If it wasn't, however they offer a free 2 week top off if necessary. Mine was just right. Beautiful, clean and delightful Spa! I have recently become a client here and I am extremely pleased with their products and services!

I bought a Groupon for a series of microdermabrasion treatments and they were terrible. I complained and they did offer one extra to compensate me. But when I went for my second to last treatment, it was so bad I never went back for the last one. And I've gotten these treatments in the past and have always loved them. Don't waste your money here.

I purchased a Groupon, and have now completed all my treatments. They were a train wreck for the first half of my treatments. Machines were always broken. Different girls every time. They had no chart on me. They would ask me things they should have known - like what I was there for. They had a weird prudishness about zapping my outer labia as part of a Brazilian - pretty standard everywhere else. Some girls would include toes with full leg treatments, some wouldnt. Some offered towels, some offered paper towels. Just overall inconsistency / obvious lack of staff-wide training and standards. Then

Joyce and the ladies at New England Laser and Wellness were a big help when me and my father came in the establishment. As soon as we walked it they made it a comfortable environment and were really friendly. Joyce did an amazing job educating my father and myself on the procedure and also not pressuring us to do it at all , she answered all our questions and we could not be happier. AVOID this place! I made the mistake of going to this place for spider veins laser treatment and was LITERALLY BURNED. My appointments were canceled at least 4 times; many times because their machine was broken. One day I showed up for the appointment and the "technician" decided not to go to work and didn't warn anyone in advance. Further, the laser "technician" clearly had no experience and was trying to learn as she was doing my treatments. I ended up with BURN SCARS all around my ankles and zero improvement on the spider veins. The chiropractor who owns the place was rarely ever there to oversee
