Marc was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, and furthered his building and development career after moving to the western suburbs of Chicago. He gained a wealth of real estate, development, and construction experience working with Toll Brothers. He was personally involved in the construction of more than 1,000 homes - often getting to know the family members through the duration of the project.
