Welcome to Swan Vision for your eye exam and eye care needs. Our eye care center was founded in 2018 by husband and wife optometrists Edmund and Kathryn Swan. We create an individualized patient centered experience to provide the best care for your eyes and vision needs. Swan Vision offers comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages.
We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, vision therapy and specialty contact lenses including ortho-keratology. We are open by appointment only. We ask that you email or call us before coming to the store to set up an appointment for your exam, contacts, or glasses pickup. We also need a copy of your insurance card and license.

Services
Eye exams are recommended by the American Optometric Association yearly or biyearly starting at 6 months old depending on your risk factors. Annual eye exams are especially important in school aged children and adults 60 years and older. Most ocular and vision problems are correctable or preventable if patients see their eye doctors regularly.
Fill them out and bring them with you to your visit. Swan vision values each patient and offers a 20/20 rewards program for patient referrals. Each patient that refers a family or friend for an eye exam receives a $20 credit towards their next eye wear purchase. The patient referred also receives a $20 credit towards their future eye wear purchase.

Would NOT recommend this place. Although the staff is super nice, they try to take your money. Signed up with them for a family plan back in 2020, I pay monthly to Swan, I wanted to cancel my "membership" with them and was told that there is a new contract in place saying you have to pay 25$ to cancel, even if you've finished the year off with them. This pretty much means once you sign up you're stuck unless you want to pay 25$ to get out. Instead of looking into my file to see if my contract was even apart of this new term, they just told me I owe the 25$. I called back saying

Dr. Swan is amazing! I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours of calling. I had never received an eye exam, & Swan Vision Optometry made the process seamless & comfortable. I was the only patient in the office due to health & safety precautions. Dr. Swan took his time educating me & was very kind. I elected to do retinal photography so I could see the inside of my eye which was pretty cool. Sparkling Clean. Great selection of frames. Thoughtful advice.

**Update** Went back for my annual eye exam. Dr. Swan was patient and took time to explain the various options for some of my prescriptions. We also spent time going over some of the images of my inner eye, things he noticed and explained what he'd want me to monitor. I didn't feel rushed and appreciate his calm and thoughtful demeanor.

I had used Dr. Swan before when he worked for another organization. I followed him to his new location because I liked his attention to detail. While in the past, production or seeing more patients at the expense of "bedside manner" was required at a larger commercial operation, Swan Vision is a throwback of a doctor spending time with a patient rather than being concerned about production numbers. I'm know there is a balance between the two and I think Swan Vision found it.
