DO NOT STAY HERE! Our room was INFESTED with bed bugs. Evacuated at 2:30am. Reeked of cigarettes, walls were covered in dirt. The mattresses were also stained with blood. Garbage left out in the hallways by the elevator on the floor. The only working elevator violently shakes when arriving on the 4th floor. When we told the staff we had bed bugs they were not in the least surprised, and checked us out. No guarantee of a refund, said we would have to talk to the management staff in the morning. Absolutely disgusting, do not waste your money unless you want to bring home an infestation.

First off - Diana at the front desk is very rude! I called and she snapped at me. All I did was tell her why I was calling. Very uncalled for. Second - The place was gross. Dirty floors, trash in hallway during our whole 3 day stay and never picked up, holes in walls, smelled moldy and like sewage. We had 2 rooms and they were both horrible looking. For us to get out of the building we had to step sewage because of where there only elevator was located and one person is disabled, unable to use stairs.

Honestly this hotel doesn't even deserve one star. I had already paid for my room weeks in advance. Upon checking in the receptionist was extremely rude. Got to my room and saw the room was infested with cockroaches. Approached the receptionist on the matter and asked if I could switch rooms and she started yelling telling me I was lying until I went back and took a video to show her. After she saw the video she told me Im still not getting a refund and you just deal with it and handed me a raid can. Best believe I reached to the higher ups to get my refund. Hotel is disgusting.

Do not, I repeat, do not take your animal there. The staff in incompetent and lazy. They threw out my cat after just a few hours because she coughed and threw up. Turns out, they never even opened her food to feed her. She threw up bile because of an empty stomach. I took her home and she ran to her dry food like she was starving. And she never coughed once. They acted like she was a danger to the other cats. I guess they don't know that sometimes cats cough because of hair in their throat. I had to leave her home alone for 4 days because they were pissed that they had to clean up

Horrible. Worst desk lady . There was a young man offering to give us a hand at the desk so we could get our room a bit earlier but I guess his shift ended and switched with this older lady was rude not helpful at all. Waited outside over 9 HOURS. Once it was 3o'clock we were told house keeping had not yet cleaned out rooms EVEN THO we were waiting outside and saw when a lot of people had left around 11 o'clock. So they had 4 hours to have housekeeping arranged. Terrible.

My God..where do I start. **WARNING..DO NOT EVERY EVERY EVERY(in my Chris Tucker voice) stay in this infested DOPE HEAD place. Signs say "No Smoking" but you can step in the hallway ANYTIME and catch a contact high from the smell of weed, dope or piss. I promise this place makes WoodSprings Suites look like the Marriott Hotel Resort.
First there was NO breakfast as advertised. I booked a pool view so my kids could see the pool yet we soon found out that the pool does not work.

Would not stay here alone with my kids had I known it was going to be a literal crack house the second you leave the lobby. Thankful for my husband. The room itself was fine. Everything else... a mess and gross. Homeless people camping out all night. Drug deals happening. People so drugged out staying at the hotel we didn't even wanna leave our room. Will never go back or recommend.

I called the health department but there is no standard for air quality so they can't be shut down for unbreathable moldy stagnant air. They also do not enforce the no smoking policy so the rooms reeked of smoke as did the hallway overnight. It is also pretty common to have the cops called to break up fights amongst the guests. When I arrived there was one in progress.

I booked this hotel thru an online site. For many years this hotel was a Holiday Inn and it was great . I reserved a ground level pool view and paid online with my cc. When I checked in there was a sign"Pool is closed for maintenance". I was given a 3rd floor room key, when I asked about a ground floor room I was given a nasty attitude by the man working and told "you still have a pool view and it's the only room available for what you reserved, we got elevators" The view ended up being a small piece of the closed pool, the smoking area, and a large 30 yard dumpster (pic

It was a place to sleep and that's about it! I would not recommend at all. The ppl were nice but the room was kind of nasty! The carpet was stained there were ants on the desk... The bathroom and the bed were clean...if you need a place to just crash and do not want to spend a ton this is the place for you!
However if you are going to be in the room and want to swim and all that go up the street and pay a bit more it will be worth it!

I was in town for business and my company booked a room for me. I stayed at this inn for one night, and if I had to stay any longer I would've paid out of pocket for a different hotel.

Stayed for a night here at the Inn. The stay was just fine. Nothing spectacular and nothing I was afraid to walk out the door in.
The room and bed were very clean. The front staff woman was the sweetest thing.
The room: we got a king bed on the first floor. I read a lot of Reviews that said it was loud, but besides the occasional door opening/closing, pretty early in the night, we didn't hear anything. The room was clean with a tv, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom was clean as well.
Breakfast was 6-9 am and man was it crowded. There were snowbirds flocking to the free breakfast

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This is the most absolutely disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. The first night I found BLACK MOLD in my room. When I went to the front desk, the nasty receptionist told me that there were no other rooms they could switch me too because they were fully booked. She seemed to be used to getting these complaints from guests.
She said a maintenance person could come to the room and check the problem. The man came and confirmed that it was indeed black mold. Only when he called the front desk to confirm the black mold, did the receptionist change
