This motel is neat and clean, the A/C blows nice and cool, the shower has good pressure and the room is in good shape with no maintenance issues needed. There was no smell of mustiness or cigarette smell in the room I stayed in. Plenty of space to park, including right in front of my door. It's located in a good area close to a really nice bar and grill with a well stocked Walgreens right up the block. There are some sketchy areas in West Palm Beach for sure but this area isn't all that bad. Given that it's just about the lowest priced hotel in the area, it gets 5 stars for what it delivers at

Room quality was more to be desired (keeping price in mind). Musty odor from air conditioning. Customer service from staff was also more to be desired - potential customers were treated rough verbally as if they were doing the staff a favor staying at the lodge, not the other way around. Price was at budget for the time-being which was the first priority, and this area won compared to other relative hotels. If customer service is improved, the stay will be vastly moved in the positive direction.

Pretty typical condition of an economy hotel. The parking lot is very tight. Seems clean, front desk people are nice and helpful, AC works great, water pressure in the shower is great, there's chairs outside the rooms to relax and enjoy the lovely weather. Very comfortable and cozy overall, I'd recommend. There's a restaurant immediately next door, a hardware store a couple doors down, a nice looking park directly across the street that appears to have many activities including a skate park, concrete hockey rink for some reason, baseball diamonds, a fairly large gazebo with picnic tables and of

This was a great hotel in West Palm Beach. When I was looking for a hotel, I wanted something that was under $200 a night. The Parkview Motel is basic, but it has all of your needs covered. It was clean, and the staff could not have been more kind. It’s a bit on the elderly side, but has a bit of a retro charm. I would stay here again.

Nice quiet little place. Comfy, decent sized room, King sized bed, very firm mattress, very flat pillows, two night stands, dresser with three drawers, work desk, free wifi, two sofa seats, no coffee machine, nice self stick tub mat provided, In wall a/c. What I would expect for sub $100/night stay. A little on the older style but very clean. Comforter was soft and saying, sheet was soft. Quaint if a little pricey restaurant next door, monster portions so order conservatively.
