With so many Rental Homes in the OKC Metro area, there's a great chance we have what you are looking for. We have homes from Guthrie to Norman, and Midwest City to Yukon. So, take time to browse available homes. If you can't find your dream home, keep checking back. We may not have what you are looking for right now, but we frequently have homes become available and are adding new properties.
Very careful consideration is used when marketing and placing a tenant in your property. We use a wide variety of sources to expose your property to the most people looking to rent a home. Some sources used are: the internet, signs, real estate agents in the area, direct mailings, and more. All move-ins are done with the tenant so any questions are addressed at that point in time.
Express Realty has a proven track record of responding to the demands of a rapidly changing marketplace to best serve our property owners. We have the resources and expertise necessary for the day-to-day management of your property. One of the ways we accomplish this, is by giving owners around the clock access to their property information via the property owner portal.
Who do my tenants call when there is an emergency? A. Tenants will be instructed to contact Express Realty for any reason the tenant would normally call a landlord. What if the tenants don't water and take care of the yard? A. Our contract states that if the tenant does not take care of the yard maintenance in a satisfactory manner, lawn care will be hired at the expense of the tenant unless, of course, it has been provided for in the lease.

UPDATE 2021: I previous rated this business 5 stars, mainly because of customer service as you can see below. However, recent interactions with the company and its new management have made me lower our rating to 1 star. This morning we had a mishap with the companies website which resulted in our account getting charged twice for the rent. We called the company immediately and tried to get the problem resolved. The receptionist was extremely dismissive and unwilling to help. After explaining my issue several times she still insisted that we needed to pay the rent AGAIN. After about 5 mins I spoke

Extremely HOSTILE when met with confrontation and concern about a lease. Was just yelled at on the phone over questions about a lease. This company would rather leave their lease ambiguous and push unforeseen consequences onto their clients. The associates names is Seth and he likes to berate people while speaking to the about their lease. His secretary seemed to not care about not knowing anything about the lease but I did not blame her and simply asked for someone who knew about the lease. She did her job right, however, Seth became defensive and hostile over concerns of the lease.

We’ve had several issues maintenance wise that have needed to be resolved since we moved into our home in November, but they have all been resolved quickly and efficiently. Every time we call they have someone out to resolve our issue very quickly. Also, the moving in process was super easy to get into our home. We needed a home quickly as my parents were coming from out of state. Overall, we have been very satisfied with Express Realty!

I am a little surprised to see negative reviews here because my experience has been great. I can't speak to their 'friendliness' but they have never been rude to me. I do not require my landlord to be overly friendly or social. I only ask they be response when I need them and Seth and Express have been. Recently my AC went out. I called them at 8 and the AC company called at 8:30 and cold air was running through my house again by 9:30. That is great service in my opinion. I have never missed or been late for a rent payment in 3 years I have been at this house and I keep up the maintenance as listed

I have been in my OKC rental for almost three years and for the first time since being there I had a maintenance issue. I went online and submitted a plumbing request and was contacted that day by the staff. I had a major plumbing issue that was fixed the next day. Seth kept me updated as progress was made and the plumbers were professional and courteous. Great group!!

Renting from Michael at Express Realty was great! We enjoyed our time in Edmond. We knew it would only be a few years and we would be leaving. We are happy with our deposit return as I have always gotten most of my deposit back. The house itself had some issues, but you can very conveniently log a maintenance request online and the problem will be taken care of quickly.

I’ve been in a rental home for about six months now & the previous tenant did not report any of the existing problems to the realty company. When I moved in and things needed replaced (A/C, water heater, plumbing issues), Seth and his team made sure everything was repaired very quickly. The longest wait time I believe was one full day and that’s it. He really is doing a great job and wants to make sure his tenants are taken care of.
