I put down the deposit and was approved for a place ...I was told when she got back from. Vacation she would put in for section 8 inspection on Monday..so I emailed her yesterday because voucher was expired 11/26 ..to ask if I needed to request for an extension ..she then informed me that...the property I was supposed to be getting was set to sale ..and she did not know If they were going to use them as a property management...
They just rented out the one I actually looked at ...and said 3614 was available ...so tell me what happened during Thanksgiving that made her change her mind ...no equality

Scandalous behavior. Applied before viewing, was sent the schedule to view and when I show up, there are over 20 people there. To make it worse the house smelled of cat urine. Interesting one house for lease and collect the fee from how many people? Thats illegal in many other states. Typical behavior I have had 4 others do the same thing. Making $50 a pop and accepting as many as possible. Go ahead and refund that rental report you did not run.

I would give a better review if the property management proved to be responsive and knowledgeable. This has not been my experience. Inquiries made through online rental posts (Zillow, Hot Pads, etc.) are still unanswered over a week later. I called repeatedly (during businesshours), could not leave a message because mail box was full, then left a message another day when mailbox was not full, and finally spoke to a very rude lady that in my opinion does not need to work in customer service. Other reviews also speak of such incompetence & rudeness, so I believe it is an office culture for the property

I actually NEVER write reviews….but here I am. I had the absolute worst service with this company.
A home got posted on HotPads and I called to schedule a viewing within 20 min of the house being posted. Never heard back. I never scheduled something online but it made me wait. So I waited a couple days. Didn’t get a call back, then I called and finally got someone on the phone. She was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. All I wanted was to view one of their homes but the company made it so hard. It shows a lot about a company if they can’t even do the little steps. I will never use this

We were told that we would be able to move in on September 15th so we made arrangements with people we knew to help us move and then on that date we went to pick up the keys and they acted like they had no idea we were moving in. When we first moved in, half the house was broken. The person who showed us the house knew all about these things prior to us moving in, and promised it would be fixed. We moved in to a house with no hot water, no AC, a broken back window, and a busted dish washer. Although they were promised to be fixed prior to us moving in, they were quick to resolve all of the broken amenities. It's also difficult to reach the desk. Often times the phone goes straight to voicemail during business hours, no one answers, etc.

Stuck at a gas station.
EDIT: Scott reached out to us and stated that he is making arrangements for the company to have better communication with its residents and that we can report all our overdraft fees from the incident to the main office so that we can be reimbursed. I sincerely appreciate what he has done to resolve the issue and increased my rating by 2.
My experience with this company has been absolutely horrendous. In addition to my previous reviews, I have now been left stranded at a gas station because this company can’t manage anything. When we moved in, we signed up for auto-draft
