John and Angie Flood opened their first business in 1997 named "Deep Clean Restoration." It started as a carpet cleaning business, but grew over the years adding many services including water mitigation and fire restoration. In 2014, The Floods decided to become part of the SERVPRO family. Angie ended her career in nursing to run the office, and John continued to work with our crew out on the field.

Servpro came after our entire basement filled with thick, dark smoke from a boiler mishap. Two weeks after the completion of that job, our leach field clogged and that very same (newly cleaned) basement filled with sewage. Servpro returned and, yet again, thoroughly cleaned our basement. Mike Bradley and Kyle Harris were here for both jobs and we are incredibly grateful to them. They were professional, yet friendly and extremely hard working. Hopefully our house is spared from any more mishaps like these, but if anything were to happen I wouldn’t hesitate to call these guys again. Thank you so

Shout out to Robert of Cambridge Servpro who in just less than an hour pretreated and cleaned the carpet in our consignment shop (Carroll's Trading Post) where a customer inadvertently tracked greasy footprints all over our new carpet. It is looking good as new. Robert and his assistant (sorry didn't get his name) were very responsive and attentive to our needs and we are very pleased with the results.
