Buyer beware, you do not want this company for a large job or one that is unsupervised. They make promises they don't keep and when you have issues they become rude and ignorant. I paid 2/3 of the invoice for the $12000. They charged for ripping my deceased daughters house apart literally. After destroying a bathroom from floor to ceiling, they could then only offer 1 contractor to rebuild it and it was not a contractor I wanted doing work for me.

KPM was a pleasure to work with. Incident occurred on a Friday night. They came to my house immediately and worked well in to the morning hours to help remediate and resolve. The team was very polite and professional. They took the time to explain the plan, while flawlessly executing. They protected my carpets and walkways utilizing ram board and stair protectors. They stopped by and checked in daily to ensure things were progressing as planned. Would certainly use KPM again in the future and highly recommend!!

My Mom's sump pump failed flooding her basement. She lives Upstate NY and I live in Virginia Beach, VA. I knew it would be tough on my Mom to handle all the negotiations with the Plumber, Restoration folks, and insurance, so I did it all from Virginia. KPM was marvelous! They were so caring and diligent to call be before knocking on my Mom's door, and to inform me of the progress of the restoration efforts. Not only was my Mom pleased with their professionalism and service, but I was too from so far away. I truly appreciated their willingness to call me and keep me informed via phone and email

KPM and project manager Dan were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had septic back up throughout our house and what should have been a horrendous experience, ended up being seem less. They were here instantly to clean up the mess and also worked directly with the insurance company for the mitigation and rebuild process which took a lot of pressure off myself and my wife. They crew was professional and extremely helpful even though working a tough job. We absolutely would recommend KPM for anything in a heartbeat. Thank you and KPM for your help during a tough time!

All their workers are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful and caring. They did a great job for me both times I had a water leak problem in my kitchen and bathroom. They were careful to protect my floors and set up their equipment so that the area was contained. They clearly knew what they were doing and how to make sure the damage was contained. They are also extremely responsive. When I needed them, they came right away. They were also careful to wear booties in the house. I can't say enough how grateful I am for their expertise.

I've been on Yelp for several years at this point. I've written negative reviews. Never before, though, has there been a company that deserves so many negative stars as KPM.
Run, screaming: do not under ANY circumstances have anything to do with these folks.
They started out ok: the project was to remove some drywall in several places, fix an apparent leak, treat to prevent any future mold, and repair. The contract called for full protective measures, plastic enclosure, air scrubber and so on. Fine.
Then things went to heck, in several stages. Despite multiple checks on our part
