Dr. Benjamin Watson has the best staff hands down. Everyone in this office is caring, and Respectful. The office is so clean and neat. I have had lots of work done on my smile ( showing my teeth) and I am extremely happy with my smile now. I love this office and I highly recommend this dentist office if you need your teeth clean or cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Watson came through for me in a bind, my dentist was out of town for 2-3 weeks when a wisdom tooth started wrecking havoc on my jaw. He was able to get me in quickly, found the cause of the discomfort and fixed me up! Referred me to a oral surgeon and the visit was less then a hour. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming, very organized practice. I highly recommend!

Dr. Watson has been our family dentist since arriving in Newport News 17 years ago. His staff and dental technicians are excellent, friendly, and professional. Despite not enjoying visits to the dentist he and his staff always ensure that I have a comfortable and stress free visit. I highly recommend him as your family dentist.

I have thoroughly enjoyed and been at ease as a patient of Dr. Watson. Finding a new Dentist can prove to be a challenge, however from my very first visit I knew I had made the right choice. Suzanne is THE BEST dental hygienist I have ever had. Coming from a person who genuinely enjoys the dentist, my previous hygienist really made me feel like my teeth were never worthy LOL. I was always made to feel like every tooth was inspected to provide any sort of criticality and it really ruined what I usually find as a therapeutic experience. Suzanne made me feel the exact opposite. She is such a sweet

Dr. Watson's Office has a excellent staff. The staff is very attentive to details. Everyone is really friendly especially the front office staff Lyn and Sherry. So I went in for a routine dental cleaning and it was discovered that I had a cavity that needed attention. They were able to finish the cleaning and take care of a cavity that could of festered for weeks until a follow up appointment. Thank you Suzanne, Sally, Dr. Watson, and Bria for taking care of the cavity and dental cleaning. Job well done.

So out of nowhere my tooth starts hurting, but I’m hiding it from my girlfriend, because worrying her is a death wish. But eventually, it gets unbearable, and I begin to think I have an abscess. I’m from New York, not native to Virginia by any means, so I don’t have my own dentist situation setup. I’m scrambling around with my girlfriend freaking out next to me trying to find a place to help me. We eventually find Dr. Watsons office. We rush in and immediately tell them I believe I have an abscess. They returned the favor and rushed me into an exam room, with no prior knowledge of my arrival

I had my first appointment with Dr. Watson this morning.
(I've had an insane fear of dentists since I was 6... long story. Not worth going into detail.)
At any rate, I have ignored issues with my teeth over the years because I just can't handle the fear, but a recently broken (and ugly) front tooth left me no choice. I had to get it t fixed
I'm pleased to report that it only took me 31 years but I finally found a dentist that I won't mind going to see.
Dr. Watson is a gem. His "bedside" manor and skills are unparalleled. His assistants and staff are warm and personable
