This company was hired by my appliance warranty company on the 28th of December. They went out within a week and said the part would be in on the 19th of January. That was kind of ridiculous, but what can I do about that. The 19th came and went and never heard back from them to install the part. It's now been a full month and I cannot get a reply from them whatsoever after numerous attempts. I am left with no working oven for over a month and this company can't even give me a courteous call back!

They were incredibly nice and professional. I used them through my Lowes extended warranty and they were great! Didn't take them long to figure out the problem with my washer, and quickly ordered the part I needed. My washer was up and running within a few days! If I have any other problems, I'll definitely be going back to them for help!
