Keith responded promptly to my call and we set appointment for next day. He communicated when on the way and arrived at the appointed time. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a water inlet valve malfunction. He had to order part, which took a week to receive, and, upon receipt, promptly returned and installed. I found Keith to be efficient in his work, respectful of property, friendly, and reasonable in price. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I posted a help me please on Next Door because my two year old Samsung Dryer was acting up.I was referred to Keith and liked his other reviews. 1st Keith was on time. 2nd Communicated well and diagnosed my problem the minute he heard my dryer running. 3rd He quoted the price to repair up front. 4th Let my nosy husband watch him. He is a wonderful human and fair with his prices. In California you can't get anyone to come to your house for less than a $100 bill and that is without doing any work...just to say hi. His service fee and labor fees are reasonable. He is our new appliance guy if he can

STAY AWAY! This guy showed up unprepared even after I told him in detail what the problem was with the dishwasher (no water sprayed onto the dishes). After a few minutes he said, "I know exactly what the problem is" and took off for the parts store. He came back and charged us $158 ("That's with a $25 discount!" - yeah right). Guess what, it still didn't work. And I have no idea how he can justify charging $158 for "job cost" on a part that costs, at most, $25 and requires no tools and maybe 1 minute to replace. Then he says, "Now I know what it is.

The original issue was the ice was melting in my refrigerator and causing ice blocks to form. The gentlemen made two visits to my house and replace the ice-maker first and then the fans in the freezer. Both times we over heard the tech on the phone state that he never worked on this GE refrigerator, so that was scary in itself. After $400 of parts and labor I still had the same issue!!! Call the company and asked if I can return the parts since they did not resolve the issue. I was informed that I can't return the parts, but I will be refunded the labor. It has been two months now and no refund
