I had a great experience, the 2 young men that serviced me called me in advance to let me know they were on the way, they arrived on time. They were very knowledgeable about cars and body work that they were able to inform me of other things that were going on with my car that may need attention. It took less than 1 hour and they communicated how to take care of the repair for the next 2 days to ensure that the glass will cure correctly. I appreciated that they were friendly and genuinely card about my car! Thanks preferred auto glass, I will definitely refer them to someone who need that service

Preferred Auto Glass was absolutely amazing. My car had gotten broken into and my passenger side window was smashed. I called my dealership and they recommended that I get in contact with Preferred Auto Glass. When I called, Stewart was so nice and very efficient. Within minutes I had an appointment made and the same day I called someone came out to fix my shattered window. Unfortunately, I don't remember the man's name who came to fix my car but he was from Ireland, very kind, and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Preferred Auto Glass to anyone!

Last Friday, my passenger side car window was smashed and my purse was stolen out of my car. I spent all day calling credit card companies, at the bank and finally trying to find a glass company that would come to my house. Preferred Auto Glass was referred to me by my regular automotive service company. When I called, they were extremely sympathetic to my situation and was able to schedule an appointment for me on Monday. The two representatives that came to my house were friendly, explained the service that they would provide and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend this company
