They were professional and helpful and gave me confidence that the repairs I needed were in the best shape possible. Jearl and Rodney were very professional. They were able to come to my work place and replace the windshield. They even moved the peach pass sticker and the oil change sticker from the old windshield to the new one! I greatly appreciate their prompt response and timeliness to work on my vehicle. Their price was also much cheaper than the other big name glass repair company. I will definitely go to PCAG again!

Very responsive and reliable company. Jerald and Rodney replaced my windshield quickly and efficiently. The price quoted to do the work was well below what others quoted and they assured me it would be done right. They went above and beyond and even cleaned all windows and mirrors before my next visit to a car wash since I would have to wait for the new windshield to "settle" in. Great guys, great company! I’m so happy that my insurance had these guys on my listing for places I could go. My last experience was bad and the job they did was not good so finding someone who does great work is very welcomed.

Great experience from start to finish. Rodney was quick with communication and very professional. At the time of service, Jearl and Rodney quickly and efficiently performed the replacement of my windshield. They thoroughly cleaned the glass and debris from inside of car and cleaned all windows. Jearl easily explained the warranty and how to take care of the windshield for the next couple of days. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed.

I had an excellent experience with PIT crew Auto Glass!!! Rodney and Jearl went above and beyond what I could have expected with my windshield replacement. They drove 40 minutes to where I live so that it would be more convenient for me, and gave me a good price on top of doing a few things to make my car cleaner on the inside! My car got broken into and I used PIT before to replace another window. After calling around for estimates, PIT had the best price and were able to come to my home the next morning. Rain sleet or snow these professionals stayed in contact with me until the weather allowed them to replace my windshield. They came they saw they conquered! I have to admit I have unfortunately had several windshields replaced over the years (don't ask rock magnet) and as far as companies/teams go Pit Crew was by far the best. Such a pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend PIT Crew Auto Glass to anyone needing a windshield replacement. I sent them a quote request on Sunday and they replied right away (even though they were closed). Pricing was very competitive. Even told me about a Groupon that was available to save me more money. Came out the next day to my office around lunch. I just had to drop off my keys and they were done 45 minutes later. The guys actually working on the replacement were super nice. I am extremely happy with this service! They were the first to respond to my Yelp quote request and came within a few hours. Scheduling the appt was easy and they called when they were on the way. My rear windshield was mysteriously busted. I called Pit Crew Auto Glass and had an amazing experience. My call was promptly returned with a quote that was significantly lower than a competitor's quote. They came and cleaned the glass out of my car and even vacuumed in the front where there was no glass. When the ordered windshield arrived, they came back and installed it in no time. Very professional! My truck had been broken into, back passenger window smashed out glass everywhere. I called them and they quoted me $180 and said they would come to me in 3 hours. They showed up exactly when they said they would and charged me exactly what they quoted me. They were courteous and professional!
