Kurt Myers is AWESOME! He facilitated the sale of our father's home, and we live in 3 separate states throughout the country! Needless to say, lots of communication was necessary, but he was constant through the process. He began showings and got offers right away, and guided us through the process. Kurt Myers was patient and attentive to our requests. He was easy to get a hold of when we were looking to see homes and had a flexible schedule. Kurt was able to negotiate the price down on the home we purchased despite the current climate of a seller's market. We feel he helped us get a great deal. This is the second home we have purchased with Kurt and if the need should arise to purchase another, we will definitely work with him again! I highly recommend Kurt Myers and Ramona Realty! Our house was on the market for a few months without a single viewing. We decided to change our real estate agent and that's where Kurt Myers came into the picture. His networking and marketing skills are remarkable. Within a matter of weeks, we got an offer ABOVE asking price. The process was rough due to the purchaser but Kurt was able to make sure our best interest was taken care of. When stuck in a bind, he went above and beyond expectations. Kurt Myers is very patient! We had to see everything available, revisited the finalists, considered remodeling one, trying to find the best alternative. We made bids on several different properties before finally getting a contract. Kurt was very dogged in helping us sort things out. Had a good grasp about what could be done to tailor things to our specs and a good handle on the costs for various projects and who to use to get the work done.
