Recently bought a 2000 H-D Fat Boy. It came with the original windshield. It was pretty banged up, and it had lost clarity. After all, it was 21 years old already.
I needed a new one. And I'm happy I went with Memphis Shades. I'm not the best guy when it comes to using tools, but the fitting of the Memphis product (I bought just the shield) was perfect. Every screw hole was exactly where it needed to be. Now I'm much happier riding my bike, and being able to see clearly through the shield. :-)

I purchased a used bike with a Memphis Shields windscreen already on it. I rode that bike for 8 years and the windscreen was excellent. I fully intended on getting a Memphis Shades windscreen for my new bike, until I had to deal with their customer service.
I emailed Memphis Shields twice over the last few weeks to ask pretty basic questions, first about the fit on a bike that is brand new and second about polishing my old windscreen.
Both responses were curt to the point of unintelligible. Both were equally dismissive and showed NO care that I was interested in dropping a fair amount of money

Ordered a Bat wing and mounting kit for my bike. The product came in a timely manner. Opened the box and wow what a great product. So I proceeded to install said mounting kit. Installed the brackets on the fairing. The moment is now to install. The brackets were the wrong ones. Bummer, sadnesses disbelief. I took a deep breath. My bike model has different sized for tubes. Knowing this I wasn't upset. So I emailed customer service. I didn't get the response I thought I would get, I got a better one. Mary emailed the department in charge of making the brackets and CC'd me in the conversation! Wow
