Brought my 700 grizzly to have fluids changed, axle boot replaced, and winch installed. Power washed the quad twice before bringing it to the shop (power washed after trail riding, power washed a second time to remove dust from quad sitting for 6 months. Made sure all dust/dirt was washed off and areas being worked on were cleaned. I keep this bike in excellent, clean condition.
Picked up quad two weeks later to find mud, dirt and rocks built up all throughout the undercarriage, skid plate, wheel wells and on top of the bike. Areas that I specifically made sure there was ZERO debris, are now filled

I walked in to Performance Plus just to inquire about the CFMoto side by side. As soon as I walked in the entire staff immediately welcomed to the business. I was then approached by Keith who answered every single question I had and then some. They didn't pressure to buy like other businesses that want to sell their products. I then was introduced to other employees Tim, Casey and Seth who explained in detail everything I needed to know. The staff will make you feel like family and they will do whatever they can to make sure their customers are satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the service

I have long tinkered with old Triumph and Hondas, but recently found myself itching for a new motorcycle that would be comfortable to ride on long journeys. I had set my heart on a BMW R1250GS and was led to Performance Plus from the BMW Motorrad website. I was thrilled to see that they had not one, but two R1250 GS bikes in stock in their showroom. On top of that, both bikes were heavily optioned out, and one happened to be exactly what I was looking for. This would be my first new motorcycle purchase and naturally I was intimidated. The staff at Performance Plus was extremely friendly, relaxed

I needed a part that only one dealership in the country has in stock and the manufacturer has on indeterminate back order. Performance did not have that part in stock but a neighboring dealer did and they informed me of that and made sure I had all the contact and part numbers etc. Their support and polite disposition were welcome and appreciated.

Performance Plus is a top notch operation. They know and support Motorcycle enthusiasts with Outstanding service. I bought my 2014 S1000RR new from Tony and have received outstanding Maintenance and technical support over the years. Tim runs an outstanding maintenance shop, with Full service support and quick high performance Tire mounting, and balanceing as well as total engine and bike maintenance.

I just bought my first motorcycle this year. I was unsure about how to go about buying one but Keith is top notch. He explained everything to me and set me up with a great bike. I've been back in since and he continues to impress me with his great customer service and funny jokes. Tim serviced the bike and gave me more good riding advice.
