These are the steps that we will guide you through during the process of buying your new home, when the steps need to be completed by, and how much they typically cost. We recommend that your first step is to get preapproved for a mortgage. Sellers look more favorably on buyers with a preapproval letter so having one gives you a competitive advantage over other buyers.
One of our areas of expertise is helping our clients to downsize: whether that means moving from the suburbs into a smaller, more convenient space in the city; moving out of the city to a more relaxed, rural setting; or just moving within the town you love into a smaller home. We walk our clients through all their options once they let us know they are ready for a change.

Susan was incredible from start to finish (and beyond). She provided us an incredible amount of market data leading up to the date we put the condo on the market, set me up with staging and other professionals to have my place market ready, and managed everything in between. I have to admit that I was overwhelmed thinking about the process of selling however once Susan took over, it was her hard work that got it done and I was able to relax knowing I was in good hands. There were several offers and her due diligence through vetting the offers & negotiating lead us to a great buyer who closed quickly

Susan, Mia and team helped me and my fiance buy our first home together. Susan made herself available at any hour of the day to answer all of our questions - big or small.
