Founded in 1995 as a women-owned business by Dee Regan, Diamant Inc set out to bridge the gap between contractors and residents during capital construction projects in occupied buildings. As liaison, we saw the need for a primary point of contact during a major capital renovation project that was bringing construction workers into people's homes on a regular basis.
