I would have given ZERO stars, but it wasn't an option!
I hired Banke IT(Rich) to manage my security for my TAX business. As our relationship developed, he offered to also do the same security & back-up systems for my 2nd company, Gnissem Semaj Corp. When I awoke on Oct, 16, 2021, had a data loss. His response was "Technically, our contract is between your TAX company & I was S.O.L.", since this was something he was doing out of the kindness of his heart. What a joke!!!
Now, 3 months later, I'm still having problems getting systems to work for BOTH companies. He set up some B.S. that I cannot

BankeIT is amazing and the best investment I have made for IT in my office. Prior to using Rich at BankeIT we would have IT issues that would signficantly interupt the flow of our office and my ability to get my work done at times. Since we have hired BankeIT we have very few issues and when one does arise, Rich is on top of it and takes care of it right away.
