We went to be seen as new patients with our 13 month old daughter. This was the WORST experience ever. After 45 minutes of waiting and every other new patient was seen that came after us, we were taken back and our visit wasn't even for a new patient visit.
I have NEVER experienced this amount of disorganization, lies from multiple people in the office, and treatment.
I do not recommend this office at all.

My first visit was due to a broken crown and they got me in right away, despite not being a patient of record. It's been a few years since I've been to the dentist and they didn't make me feel horrible for that, just got me in and right into their routine. The technology they use blew me away - no more film x-rays that cut into your gums! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Archibald and his staff are superior in the world of dentists! I have had my fair share of bad dental experiences that caused me hesitation and fear with regards to dentists, when I switched to Dr. Archibald a few years ago I was so well taken care of and listened to and the staff was so friendly and professional that I no longer dreaded the 6 month mark anymore. I recently moved out of state and due to my worries of using a new dentist for some work I needed done, Dr. Archibald made time to chat with me to calm my nerves and help me know the right questions to ask.
