Services
The majority of jobs require only one of us on site. Most of our clients see $350 to $450 for a day's work, plus materials. We accept cash, checks and credit cards, and we can also discuss payment plans for larger jobs. Definitely shop around for price. You'll find that we are competitive on cost relative to other licensed and insured service providers.

Mike and Roland did a great job with our bathroom renovation! Mike was very quick to respond to our initial and subsequent email and phone communications, worked out a reasonable schedule around our needs, and was forthright with his opinions and where he could save us money. They let us pick out/purchase the materials, and we did some of the work (painting/staining) ourselves to save a few bucks. Roland was very efficient and professional with his work as well. They did hardwood flooring, plumbing (sink/cabinet/toilet), electrical (lighting fixture replacement), mirror, and even the toilet paper

We have had Litchfield County Home & Handyman to our home a number of times to install cabinets, floor tiles, patching, replacement of doors and wood rot. They have studied out what they need to do before hand and their work was very professional. I will definitely use them again as the need arises. KB & DB

Mike and his crew did many projects on my home last year, power washed the house, painted the deck, custom made shelves in the family room, and other odd jobs. They were always on time, professional, did great work and were a pleasure to work with. I just sent off my new list for more projects and look forward to working with them again this year and on and ongoing basis. Highly recommended!
