Al is very knowledgeable about many, many things even outside of the scope of his license. He helped guide the plumbers in getting their job done correctly so that he can continue his and finish the job. I am 100% satisfied and grateful for his help and many talents. I would recommend him without reservation.

I've used Al Morris (CTI Renovations) more than a few times for various projects around my condo. (Leaking toilet, Lighting fixtures and flooring to name a few). He's always extremely responsive and on several occasions went well out of his way to find the proper part needed to complete the job. Highly recommended!

CTI Renovations was recommended to us for the preps to our basement in order to have a dry basement system installed, H was able to take care of all the demolition and debris removal in a couple of days . In addition to that we had him do some bathroom plumbing repairs as well. He was quick and efficient and will definitely use him for hour home renovation needs. Great Job Al

I hired CTI to perform gutter cleaning. Al is very professional and worked around my schedule. His work was excellent and he performed the job as soon as the weather permitted. He sent pictures so that I could see the finished work and called me to provide follow-up. I would not hesitate to hire CTI again!
