Dr. Schwartz is Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In addition to completing residency, Dr. Schwartz has also completed a course in psychoanalytic theory through the Oklahoma Society for Psychoanalytic Studies to continue education in one of her areas of interest, psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
A second area of medicine Dr. Schwartz is passionate about is providing psychiatric care to those individuals challenged with chronic illnesses. In 2013 and 2015, she was published in the Journal of The American Society of Hematology, "Blood", and is currently involved in ongoing research in the area of depression and anxiety in patients diagnosed with chronic blood disorders.

In order to optimize quality patient care and reduce billing confusion, Dr. Rousseau and Dr. Schwartz have opted out of insurance networks, Medicaid, and Medicare. Our office will submit a reimbursement claim for you at your request. Yes, Dr. Rousseau and Dr. Schwartz are able to see patients with Medicare and will review the "Medicare Contract of Opt-Out Awareness" with you.
