Went in because i thought i needed a tune up but Joe told me all i needed was for my muffler to be hangered. As a young women i'm nervous anytime i have to step into a car shop but i could tell Joe was a really honest man and even felt like he was looking out for me when he advised me on how much that repair would cost if i got it, where to go and that if anyone tried selling me a new muffler they were trying to play me. 10/10 service! this man knows how to make you feel comfortable and confident about choosing his shop.

I was yesterday greeted by a friendly guy at Sparks who is the assistant manager.
Mr. Felix gently explained to me my $900 repair so I won't have a heart attack. It was to replace my radiator and thermostat housing which meant coolant as well as radiator cap replacement.
I had to rent a car for a day but it is another 5-star to give Budget in another review.
The total payment was already including tax and the required environmental fee.
I have nothing but praise for this shop. I am sure that they are indeed a Godsend.
I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs honest service.

After getting ridiculous quote from Honda I ventured out and looked up various auto shops to get second opinions. Joe was very quick to reply to my quote request online! His prices were awesome. Even after receiving quotes for 3 other auto shops, his prices still beat them! He was able to get my car in the next day for repairs! Joe was so amazing and honest. He even brought me out to show me where the leak was coming from. Which I was happy with because I like to see the proof. Funny story because it was not the leak from the gasket that Honda assumed it was, it was elsewhere. Which leads me to

I'm new to San Antonio and being new to an area car trouble is a nightmare! You don't know which places are fair and honest or which places just want you hard earned money and will rip you off! I came across Sparks in a Google search of places close to me work good reviews. Almost all the reviews (as you see) spoke of their fairness and their honesty. So I gave them a chance and I am SO glad I did!! Very professional, fast service, friendly, and my car is FIXED!! I will ALWAYS use them as long as I'm here in San Antonio!! Trustworthy, Fair, and Honest!!

Took my car in with electrical issues with my dash lights and passenger side tail light. After about 3 or 4 hours I received a call from them at about 3:45 saying that the fuse kept blowing and they replaced it 3 times, and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. He recommended that I leave it longer with them, so they could figure it out (labor cost)They were closed on Sunday, and I needed my car back for an out of town trip. Plus, I live in Austin. First off, I would like to thank John whom handled the diagnosis and service on my 2007 Ford Focus SE. I told him what I was experiencing and he recommended a new thermostat right off the bat. He was right, it was malfunctioning and needed replacement. It was not cheap but he did top notch on getting me in and out on my schedule.
I am weary of trusting others with my vehicle but I am so thankful to my fellow Yelpers for turning me to Sparks.
I will keep bringing my vehicle here for all future work needed.

I brought my vehicle in there for a brake job and to get an overall diagnostic check done to bring it up to speed with the vehicle's recommended service intervals. They were able to break things down in layman's terms to a non car enthusiast as to what exactly I needed done to my vehicle and why. The pricing was on par with what automd.com suggested as being what I would be paying for the services rendered in this area. I would suggest this business to someone else.

My car had been "repaired" at another shop, but they couldn't get it to run the way it had been before they serviced it. I looked up BG service centers and found Sparks on Perrin Beitel. The very kind owner listened to me and told me to come in. Then he quickly found that the problem was a spark plug that hadn't been adjusted properly. He solved the problem in a manner of minutes when the other shop hadn't been able to for TWO WEEKS. Thank you for great service!

I have been using Sparks Car Care for a few years now, and always get good honest service. So when my Chevy Impala was acting up by idling too hard or too fast, I took again to Sparks. And just like always; when you get there the car starts working better. However, they gave my Impala a full computer diagnostics and test drive for a small price. They stated that the car is working fine and advised me that if it continues to act up let it act up more frequent take it to them later. They also stated to me that since no problems could be detected. That I may want to take it to dealership, because
