I just got my first hearing aids. I'm only 45, so I've been reluctant and resistant. However, I was gifted with a pair of wonderful hearing aids and I had to take advantage of this amazing gift.
I went to Avalon with a lot of anxiety, and I'm so very glad I did. The staff were knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. Alan did my exam and helped me set up my hearing aids. I signed up for the two year comprehensive plan, so I have 100% coverage for anything I need as my ears adjust to these new devices. They call it an adoption because now I'm part of the Avalon family. That's exactly how it feels

I have dealt with many hearing aid dispensers who have been more interested in monetary gain as opposed to customer satisfaction.
