I love Elk Grove Hearing Care! The service that we receive each time we have been here has been wonderful. I brought my mom here after looking up several hearing centers and reading the reviews. What impressed me were the follow up care reviews and they were spot on. There has been such attention to detail, all questions answered as well as the fun and friendliness that abounds. I chose Elk Grove Hearing Care because of all the positive reviews here on Yelp. I can honestly say that the glowing reviews are not overstating the level of professionalism and knowledgeable, caring treatment that you experience. I am very impressed with the whole experience while being tested and fitted with top of the line (just released!) hearing aids. All my questions and concerns were promptly addressed in a professional way.

Convenient location, easy to find, really nice office. I've had tests . . . . . nothing like this! Not hurried and not trying to jump to 'product' and get me out! Their patience helped me understand the information I was given AND a plan to schedule for the future. Issac even helped me with referring me back to my GP for another issue. Proud to refer this office and their service. Small town care & service . . . . . big town experience and equipment.

Finding Amy was a blessing from God! We needed an independent assessment from an audiologist for a VA hearing and she was perfect! She understands how the VA works so we did not have to educate her on what was needed. The hearing assessment was done and she took the time to thoroughly explain the results and her recommendations. She provided us with printed copies of the test results and will send us a full report.. Her husband sits at the front desk, and he can do cleanings and adjustments while people wait. They are both very professional and very friendly too!

Excellent, professional service from this clinic. Amy and Isaac are totally on top of their profession and offer the soundest of advice. They are extremely straight-forward in explaining their services, products and procedures and entirely consistent in their fees. Time and again, they could have added extra charges for unexpected products or services but did not do so. You can be confident that they will sell you only exactly what you need.

Dr. Amy was wonderful to my mom (in law) when it was time to replace her hearing aids. She is profoundly deaf in both ears and is dependent on her hearing aids for any sound at all. Dr Amy was patient with her and took wonderful care of her. She explained things so clearly and communicated to my mother in law so well that we felt we understood her hearing loss (and treatment) on a whole new level. She was fantastic and I recommend her to anyone with hearing issues!

So I decided to look into getting some CIEM (custom in ear monitors) for myself. I needed ear impressions made and was instructed to find an audiologist with the skill set that would provide me with exact molds.
I went in the previous week and had the ear molds made by Isaac . To my surprise, the office had hours open at 7 am; when I arrived. Isaac was extremely professional and provided a quick examination before making the molds. He pointed out an issue that explained why I may have some tinnitus/hissing sound and should be seen by an ENT doctor.
Fast forward to the weekend - my two year

As an independent health insurance broker, when my Aunt and Uncle needed help using their Medicare Advantage plan hearing aid benefits I did research to help them find a local provider. I explored several hearing aid companies because I was sure that others like my parents, other relatives and my other Medicare members would benefit from my research. I've only been here twice but both times were fantastic. I'm only 27 and I have hearing loss in one ear due to a long string of medical problems and I wasn't exactly excited that I needed a hearing aid. However, Doctor Amy is super sweet, very understanding, and makes me feel very comfortable. She talks to me like a friend instead of just another patient and I really appreciate that. Isaac is also really nice and I like to see him too. I have very bad social anxiety but because of these two I feel very comfortable there and cared for.
