Byler Lane Winery
The grapes for our wines are picked at the peak of maturity to ensure the best quality in each bottle. Many of our wines are blended with a variety of grapes to create outstanding flavors. Our wine list changes month to month as we are always releasing a new wine. Stop by our winery for a taste of our award-winning wines.

Our winery was founded in 2016 in Auburn, Indiana. We strive every day to produce a variety of quality wines in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. You're always welcome and can feel at home at Byler Lane Winery.
Services
Created and owned by Eldon, Rachel, and JR Byler, this vineyard was a family affair since the beginning. And it all started with a dream. Eldon and Rachel, having just returned home from a trip to several Michigan wineries, began to dream of opening their own winery. The couple laughed and joked about their dream with family and friends.
We are a 21 years and older establishment. Our live music, food trucks, and event schedule is available on our Facebook page, just click our Events tab. We offer wine flights! 6 samples for $5. You pick, we pour, and you take to your table to taste at your pace! We also offer Coke products, water, coffee, and a small selection of beer.

Good wine, friendly helpful staff, if it's cold out, try their mulled wine.

They say first impression are important and Byler Lane certainly impressed. This was my first visit to the winery. They were doing their Island Vibes night and nothing about the evening disappointed. There were two food trucks their, had some of both. Did a tasting and was VERY impressed with their selection. Enjoyed their Pina Colada wine slushy will listening to the band. Great time, great food, great wine.....can't wait to go back 💖

Excellent knowledge of their products and very fine wines in a hospitable and comfortable setting. Very unusual dry rose which is a 'go-to' choice along with a dry red aged in bourbon barrels. I commend them

Lovely, large, rustic winery just outside of Auburn, IN. Lots of outdoor seating with firepits. Our wine tasting was okay. Nothing jumped out at us from the reds we tasted. However, we did love the chocolate truffles they sell there. Friendly staff. It wasn't busy at all the day we visited but it was early in the afternoon.

Definitely a must visit if you are in the area. Byler always puts on great events. I'd pass on the Funfetti Slushie if that was offered again but 10/10 recommend almost everything else I have ever tried. In the fall they have a grape stomping event that is a blast.

If I could give this place six stars I would!
So I've lived in Washington, spent time in California, all over the country and have visited many wineries. This one is top notch! It is big and beautiful inside and the outdoor seating is unique and VERY comfortable - cushions and fire pits and all! Plus they have a heated tent area with high quality patio furniture inside. They had a food truck there (RoKo's) that had delicious standard fare plus vegan and gluten free options during my Saturday visit. There was also a live band there that night. But above all, the wines were so absolutely

What a lovely winery! The atmosphere is comfortable with plenty of places to relax and enjoy a glass of wine - both indoors and out.

The tastings were fun - we were able to select six wines and they were served in small glasses on a wooden board. I suspect this was due to COVID, but I'm actually a fan of this method - we get to enjoy them at our leisure.

We also picked up a cheese plate - which was a terrific deal with several tasty cheeses and meats at a very affordable price.

There was a nice variety of wines - something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the Vino Rita just because it

If you're reading this then I'm sure you've visited several other wineries either in the area or all over the US. Let me say this, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you decide to NOT stop here and enjoy everything they have to offer! Starting with the location/atmosphere, you'll enjoy a country setting in a winery built from torn down barn wood. The building itself is large with plenty of seating and in the summer outdoor seating and concerts are available as well with food trucks changing daily. Now onto the wine. Their selection of wines is unmatched in my opinion. Everything from sweet

Stopped by for wine tasting. Enjoyed the various wines with a meat and cheese plate. Multiple choices for outdoor seating. We sat on one of the cushioned sofas and had a pleasant afternoon snacking and drinking wine. Highly recommend a visit

The wine tasting was good. The winery was not crowded and they have good variety of wines. The wine list is not big that it does not overwhelm you. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The winery is beautiful inside and outside.

Very very nice winery!! You can tell it's newer and very well thought out. Lots of seating both inside and outside. You can sample 2 wines for free or 6 for $5. The white vintage was amazing! We bought a cold bottle, cheese/meat tray, veggie tray, 2 debrand chocolates and sat on the patio and enjoyed the amazing weather! They have lots of different wines to choose from. They even have a "margarita in a bottle" which is squeezed limes with some other ingredients, no grapes. It was neat to try!

Beautiful place decorated for fall. They were cooking something amazing smelling on the patio and setting up for a band that evening. We visited last weekend while on the Indiana grown wine trail. It was a very busy place with a lot of space so it wasn't crowded feeling. I love the names of their wines too. My favorite wine was the Foch Sho. They also have a great seasonal fall wine with a pumpkin spice flavor.

Cute little winery with a great view. They give you a free wine tasting where you can pick 5 different wines off of their menu to try. Glasses of wine are 5-9 dollars which isn't bad at all. I typically will buy a bottle to split with a friend and a meat and cheese plate (4 dollars for small, 8 for large). Prices are cheap compared to any other Winfrey you will go to. Slushees are around 5 dollars and basically the bomb.com. 10/10 would recommend just for the chill laid back environment alone. As if that's not good enough they also do trivia nights on Friday or Saturday nights and the

Great winery located on a beautiful property. Lots of shaded outdoor seating as well as some covered tables and chairs overlooking a pond. The interior cozy and comfortable as well.
We stopped in for a tasting and I enjoyed sampling a variety of different wines. I would say that some of the wines they have labeled as semi sweet are more on the sweet side. Either way, the wine selection was great and I walked away with a couple of bottles I am looking forward to enjoying at a later date. If I lived in the area I would be spending time here on a more regular basis.

We really enjoyed our stop today while taking a little ride in the country. Comfortable seating inside and out, with helpful friendly wait staff. I understand there was a taco truck there last night and we would have enjoyed that too.

This is a beautiful place for a date. The scenery and area is very relaxing. On the day I was there, they had food which I did not eat but it looked delicious. I was a little frustrated about the nobody under 18 policy but after being contacted by Mr. Byler personally about my experience, I understand it more. I appreciate when owners take the time to contact customers who were not happy with an experience. Mr. Byler was professional and caring in his email to me.

I am a dry red wine fan but I did enjoy their Riesling. Mr. Byler informed me he would have more red wines soon due to the fact red

My bf found out about this place and took me there for my birthday, and I'm so glad he did. It's kind of out in the middle of nowhere, so a bit of a drive for us but was well worth it. We did a wine tasting and then ordered slushies to drink outside on the patio. There wasn't a ton of choices being that this place is still new, but overall the wines we had were great, not too dry but not too sweet either. The building itself and the patio area are super cute and relaxed. I'm a big fan of country heritage so this was semi similar, but still a different enough to draw people

This place is beyond adorable. The building is made with repurposed old barn wood and it's got a rustic feel. The Vinyard is beautiful. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They're wines are deliciois, my favorite being the foch sho. The wine slushies are really good too. It's definitely a great place to grab some wine with friends
