A month ago, I waited for at least two hours before seeing the doctor. When you call, they do not answer the phone and the messages do not get through if you need to reschedule. Today, their voice mail said it was full. Earlier this week I had to call 10 times before they picked up the phone because I really needed

I previously had a bad experience here with an unprofessional doctor and hadn’t been back since. I had an ear emergency and had no choice to come back. Luckily that doctor no longer worked there. Cool. Staff was friendly and wait was short, despite the other reviews I read about this office. I was seen by the nurse, not the doctor. I explained the problem I was having and why. I had a fresh pear piercing that I showed the doctor and explained to him about. He ended up PULLING MY EAR BY MY FRESH PIERCING to look in the canal. My ear now is swollen from this grabbing and pulling on my brand new

I have not seen a doctor in over 10 years because I’ve always had bad experiences they never listen they always do what they wanna do they always wanna do. prescribe all sorts of medication‘s with crazy side effects that don’t ever end up helping you in the long run they just make it worse. But at this clinic that I went to the staff was extremely professional the office was clean they had hand sanitizer everywhere everybody was wearing a mask and obeying Covid regulations even though the office was very busy they were on time with the patients. Since I've been going here less than a year I've been receiving the quality of care I've yet to receive since 2009 when I moved here. I've been with the same doctor since 2009 because I didn't like change. Bad decision. My daughter is turning 18yrs old and I'm so pleased I changed doctors. She's receiving good care and I feel like this is a great transition from a pediatrician. Omg I'm kicking myself. My quality of care I'm getting here brings tears my eyes. When ur over 50yrs old limited insurance it's scary. You feel written off. 💔🙏🏾

I see Megan Hill and she is AMAZING! I have a very rare disease that not many doctors know about much less know how to treat. And even though Megan has never heard if it either, we work together for my best supportive care. She will get me referred and the medications needed to make me feel better. The office is very clean and nice. Glad I found her. The front desk staff is okay but I'm not giving a 5 star because I feel like they are very nosey and sometimes rude.
