It all began in the early 1900's in Portland at a partnership known as Peterkin & Schoeder The Horseshoers. In the early 1920's, the original blacksmith shop was relocated to Molalla, OR and Peterkin & Sons was established. They were ready to offer the Molalla area everything from traditional blacksmith services to repairing cast iron pans and making gardening tools.
