Our 44 acre resort is quiet, clean, extraordinarily beautiful and overlooks Tinney Lake, a private lake. The sunsets are breathtaking, and the night stars will melt the stress away. We have added new granite walkways along the waterfront. The new pergola cover keeps the pool shaded during the heat of the day.

We offer a private elegant bath house with separate bath suites, also a quaint laundry room where you can enjoy a book overlooking the lake while your clothes are drying. For the bird watchers in the family, this is the place. We welcome extended stays and Winter Texans. We are close to San Marcos, Lockhart, Austin, Luling, Bastrop, and San Antonio.

Cabins Report

The Alvey, Ellis, Dorado, McCoy, & Century Cabins have SOLD they are no longer available for rental. Nautical Cabin: Wow! Look at that view overlooking the lake from your own private deck. The Nautical Cabin's interior design is among the best. It contains one heavenly queen size pillow top bed with Egyptian cotton sheets.

One of the most beautiful parks I have been to. I would have given it 5 stars, but they do not have WiFi and I basically had no cell service with my carrier Sprint.

Good size pond you can fish. Catch and release though. But it's nice. Also has a pool! No park for the kids or else it would have gotten five stars... But quiet and we'll shaded

Beautiful, friendly, clean, and fun! We loved every day here. Can't say enough good things about Kelly. She loves her campers and goes over and beyond to keep this Resort in top notch condition.

The owner of the lot was extremely rude. Disrespectful. She was prejudice/racist against Mexicans. My family was treated like trash and kicked out of this place after only two nights. She was a very heartless person. We weren't rude loud or bothersome. We kept to ourselves. But from the minute we checked in she judged the color of my husbands skin and was awful the entire time.

Very nice park and people. Lake is beautiful.let our dog off the leash to swim in the lake and the owner Kelly brought her dog Star down to play also. Wide spaces. Nice pool. We will be back for a longer stay.

We stayed on Memorial Day weekend 2014 and was very disappointed with the accommodations based on the reviews we read and the information on the website. The pictures of the park must be old and out dated. They indicate they have a private lake. Well let me tell you that is not like in the picture on the website. It would appear the lake was a former ranch stock tank. The owner indicated they were going to have a water slide due to a birthday party and gave the impression it was going to be for the entire weekend and was only there on Saturday. She gave the impression there was going to be activities
