Our experience at PA Land Titles went perfectly. The staff were friendly and organized. Their representative walked us through the signing process step by step and explained everything that was taking place. All of the questions we asked were thoroughly answered. Moreover, their fees were very reasonable. We highly recommend their service if you are buying or selling real estate.

I have had such a horrible experience with this title company. All three associates we have dealt with made mistakes. They added random costs. They never communicated what the costs were for. They asked the same docs over and over again. You have to monitor every single step to make sure that they are doing things correctly. Stay away from this company and don’t trust the fake reviews.

I had no prior dealing with PA Land Titles, and they were realtor agent recommended. From my experience today, they made 'closing day' as easy as it can be. They explained all the documents, and handled the process professionally. They were super organized, and able to help facilitate both the seller and buyer needs. We received our own copies of all the documents, and I am very pleased with my selection (realtors recommendation). Thank you PA Land!
