Gerald Hayes is The Best Lawyer you can get around here, by far... He can refer you to the best of the best in the surrounding counties as well. He comes fro. His father was one of the first and the best Lawyer in the area as well. It in the blood. He is your best bet if you want to win.. Or just dont wanna lose.. He isnt cheap 4 sure, but having him on your side makes a difference worth twice what he charges.

While not a client of this firm, I did pay a retainer that they charged my son and daughter-in-law. It was a large amount to me. My son died with-in a few days of this payment, so his case did not go before a judge. I asked if there was any refund that I could get. I was told that they worked very hard for their client and earned this large fee, and that I was not entitled to any refund. I feel that to do what they did, only took a few hours to accomplish, and that I should receive some money back.
