Don't show up hungry, unsatisfactory meals. Their appetizers, however, we're enjoyed by the whole group. The only thing keeping this from 1 star is the staff, as understaffed as they appeared to be, were friendly and helpful.

We had a table and ordered our food. They did not accept separate checks, I went out to my car to get cash. I had no knowledge of the no re-entry rule. The security guards on duty treated me so disrespectfully. I’ve never been treated so bad in my life. It just seems unfair that you cannot leave for a minute to get cash to be denied re-entry when your entire family is seated and waiting on you. It would have been better if the security guards weren’t so rude and disrespectful

God awful service. Accused a friend of being to drunk yet we just got off work. Wouldn't serve us more than 1 beer at a time. Bowling 45 an hour which is insane. Other people around me were complaining about the price as well. Definitely super unprofessional. Doesn't give refunds. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Better off going to a horrible area in the hood to go bowling. The management doesn't care and the top boss just sat and talked about us with his staff laughing. Just moved out here and this is how businesses seem to run out here I guess. Then the manager tried to switch the story

The 3 star is only because of the bowling. J would give the bowling lanes a 1 star, the laser tag a 5 star and the axe throwing a 4 star. The bowling lanes and not in good condition and the gutters will throw your ball back into the lane sometime and damage your ball if you have your own. The lanes are very inconsistent. The axe throwing was fun except on of the boards had almost no wood left. The laser tag was AWESOME. Best laser tag in a mid size complex I've ever been to.

Great experience to kick off my sons holiday break. We bowled and hit up the arcade. Loved that there were game options for bowling. My 5 year old hit the jackpot with Angry Birds. Great cocktails while we bowled and then moved over to the arcade. Liked that the games mixed from easy to difficult since it was for my little guy. Staff even gave my son a little prize bonus. We will be back.

For my first time visiting I will say it's a nice place to take the family for some indoor fun. The restaurant was great and Robert our server was really efficient and nice. The wait is very long to bowl but luckily there's other things you can try.

I was SO excited when I heard this place was opening. We finally made it and there are definitely some pros and cons. The space is beautiful. It really is a cool spot. They have fancy bowling lanes and the ax throwing and all the other amazing activities. It's VERY expensive. I get that this is a premium experience, it is just a lot when you want to do all the things:) I only had a pizza here, which was nice and thin, the way I like them. Great price on pizzas. The arcade is also very expensive and the kids really don't win many tickets for prizes. I had a major issue with the security

I scheduled my kid’s 13th birthday party here. Great value! The food was really good. Everything was very well organized and the staff were super attentive and knew exactly who we were and went out of their way to make us happy. My kid had an awesome birthday! Thanks to all the staff at Up Your Alley, especially Teddy and Adam for taking care of everything.

Fun cute late night spot to hang with friends. Had a girls night out. They close the spot for after hours for people 21 and older which I love. They're bar and food is amazing as well. Our bartender was pretty cool guy. They also have vegan options which are pretty tasty.

We went bowling there, you pay by the hour (41.99) and the hour automatically starts 5 minutes after you purchase. You are allowed to drink at the lanes however they do not come to you, so it isn't very time efficient to go to the bar. No food allowed by the lanes. The place itself is really nice, the staff was friendly. They have different activities, like axe throwing, arcade games, and cyber sport. I wouldn't go here as a big group unless I wanted to do the cyber sport otherwise it would not be cost effective.

I am speaking on the bowling and employee interactions only.
Bowling:
The lanes were not conditioned correctly. You could see the oil blotches on the lane. This is normally not a problem because you can move or change the way your throwing you ball (speed, hand positioning, or ect). The other problem is each one of my balls came back with a new scuff mark. They all look the exact same (pictures attached). I tried 3 different balls while I was there. All three now have the same marks. It almost looks like something was skipping around the ball. I dont mind Bowling on poor lane conditions if I

If I could give a 0 I would.. the manager "cliff" refused to give me a refund on my sandwich because "the menu is transparent". Then offered that I could replace that sandwich with something else. The server tried taking the sandwich from me and I told her I was still eating the fries. Come to find out they never took my first sandwich off the bill & when I asked for the manager again he said he never told me that I could replace it and I absolutely had to pay for both. Just know if your taste buds don't like the food you ordered you absolutely have to pay for it anyways

Man i will never come here again. Worst time my family have every had bowling. Can’t eat while bowling ??!! So silly. $41.99 an hour to bowl. 12 of us and the ticket was $196. We didn’t even eat there. Who wants to spend another two hours there. The only thing you can have is drinks by the games. And guess what no pitchers. Have to go to the bar abs by individual drinks. Like this was so wack. We did not enjoy ourselves. We bowl a lot too. I was wondering how we got in on the same day. Because normally it so booked but now i know why. People don’t want to pay $200 to bowl and can’t eat

We took our family for quick afternoon date out on the town and decided to go bowling in this place. The name alone had us thinking it would be kind of cool. We happened to make it at 3pm which allowed us to do half-price bowling for two hours and we enjoyed it each an every moment.

The young lady at the front was extremely kind and attentive when helping us get our lane and shoes. The bowling alley was clean and the lanes were pretty good as well (I'm definitely not a good bowler but did pretty good this day lol so I attribute it to the lanes). Overall, we would definitely make this a regular

This place absolutely sucks, completely ruined my birthday. Not all but MOST of the staff here is extremely rude and or lazy and treat you like you are a burden even for being there. I even saw them talking badly about costumers right in front of my face who did nothing wrong. For a place called up your alley don't expect there to be very many bowling lanes because there certain isn't and once you do get a lane you can't take any food to them only drinks and the bar isn't exactly easy to get to in between frames since there is a whole restaurant in between you and it. But probably

Not a true bowling alley. It's more of a restaurant than an alley. If you don't reserve a lane online, don't expect to bowl at all. Its only 5 lanes so the waiting list is always an hour wait at minimum.
The arcade section was the best part for me.

Other than that, the bartender was rude and they're EXTREMELY strict about the 8p curfew.
My boyfriend walked in at 8:01 without an ID and they denied his entry on his birthday. We are well over 21.

Thankfully they did because we then came across Stardust Bowl. They had a deal of 5 people to a lane, shoes included, a large pizza

I honestly enjoy the little arcade. Good variety with up to date games. I hope they expand the game area but overall we really enjoyed a fun family day here. We spent 100$ for our 3 hours in the arcade and would return again. They keep up with the games and lots of prize area staff to get the kids in and out. We had a situation with a rude customer ( teen to young adult ) being vulgar and obnoxious in front of my family. I alerted management bc the behavior was obscene and they immediately apologized to me and asked them to leave. Which was the appropriate action during a early

I must say that I really enjoyed myself. Based on the reviews I've read prior to entering the facility, I thought it would go badly, but it turned out well. Place is very friendly, huge and overall great atmosphere. Went on a Monday night. Highly recommend bc there's not a lot of ppl. I wanted to tip everyone. The staff was outstanding. Great place. Will be back soon!

I was very aware of my skin color here sadly to say, I came here with a few of my cousins to have a good time and little things just kept happening. It was the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend so the place was packed. We signed up for bowling and laser tag which both had a waiting list. First signing up for bowling they advised an hour waitlist, then say wait no it's a 3 hour wait. We said ok, thinking we'd be there enjoying everything anyway we can just make that our last activity. We then signed up for laser tag, had about an hour wait so we're ok with that as well. We played games

We went on Tuesday for my daughter's 11th birthday. We did cyber sport, laser tag and played in the arcade. We tried almost everything on the menu. Everything was amazing, the manger was so attentive and personable. The guy who was managing the laser tag was the same! Everything we tried on the menu was good! Don't change anything, the customer service was on Chick-Fil-A!! Lbvs
