Services
Our mission is simple. We provide a pathway to recovery through patient-centered support, intervention and treatment in a caring, compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere. ACT Wellness Center is licensed by the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services as an office-based opioid treatment facility.
Our team of caring physicians have years of experience with opioid addiction and Suboxone treatment. They work diligently to help individuals rebuild aspects of their lives that have been damaged by addiction. Understanding the pathways of addiction can be complex and relapse may occur. In the event this occurs, our physicians and counselors will take a team approach and strengthen the patient's skills to combat the triggers.

We offer addiction counseling and medication-assisted treatment, including Suboxone(R) recovery treatment, that are tailored to meet the needs of each individual patient.
We gladly accept pregnant patients for our services and strive to coordinate care through the OB-GYN for both the mother and the unborn child. We will determine whether our services are appropriate based on assessment results of our trained physicians and if needed, recommend the next level of care.

I've been in the program for awhile and the workers treat you with Respect and Listen to you. They understand what your going through and don't judge you for what you've done,also help you get to reaching the goals you set for yourself. They listen with open ears and want you to succeed as much as you want to succeed. I've never felt more comfortable with a doctor's office before in my life but with them it's different. I have struggled with addiction for over the last 10 years. In those last 10 years, I can honestly say I have never been with a treatment facility that has taken so much time to care and make sure that my treatment was on point. They call just to check on you to see how you're doing, you don't have to go every week you only do one visit a month and then the other ones are call in! its affordable, it's simple it's fast and they get stuff done. There is never a moment of doubt, untrust or condescending demeanor at all. Mrs. Cindy, Ms. Sam, and the other nurses are truly dedicated to your treatment
