Ketamine is an anesthetic drug that has been safely administered by anesthesiologists since 1970. At the AMG Ketamine and Wellness Center, we give HOPE to patients who have not responded to other treatments for these conditions. In addition to the Nashville, TN area, patients travel from all across the country to receive care at the AMG Ketamine and Wellness Center.
We know how busy life can be, so we offer the option of calling you to discuss Ketamine Infusion Therapy at a time that is convenient for you. Provide your information below and we will call you in the timeframe that you choose. We are here to help you. Turn RIGHT at the first opportunity (the road is un-named, but you will see it just prior to our red brick office building).
You do not need to have a referral for your consultation, but it does provide us with more complete information about your health. Feel free to bring a family member or friend to accompany you to your consultation, if you wish. If treatment is recommended, you can schedule your first infusion upon completion of your consultation with an AMG Anesthesiologist or at any time by calling (615) 813-5006.
You may consume black coffee or clear liquids (any liquid you are able to see clearly through a glass) up to 2 hours prior to receiving treatment. You will be seated in a comfortable reclining lounge chair for the duration of the infusion. You may choose to wear headphones and play music during the infusion or we will play music of your choice via our sound system.

Dr. Malchow and the entire staff went above and beyond from the first consultation until the final infusion to ensure that I was cared for. A clearing, life altering experience that every person on this planet should experience to get closer if not 100 percent bridging the missing gaps and work towards the wellness of your life. I lost and was witness to the loss of my 15-year-old son to a tragic golf cart accident. It was nine years ago. The journey since has been nothing but pain and immense suffering. After a horseback riding accident many years ago and the following procedures, injections and surgeries, I felt like there was no hope for me. This has given me a second chance at life! A loved one sought treatment and was a bit nervous about the whole process, but what a fantastic experience. The staff, including Rona and Dawn are friendly and competent. Dr. Malchow made an amazing impression as a man who is as passionate about caring for his fellow man as well as the technical practice of medicine (which can often be very impersonal and clinical).
