Located a short block south of campus, University Village and University Courts apartments provide convenient and affordable off-campus housing for BGSU students and faculty alike. It's a few minutes walk to the Student Recreation Center, the Library, the Musical Arts Center or choose the BGSU shuttle service with a stop on the corner.
Shopping, restaurants, and other services are close by in the neighborhood. University Village offers spacious two bedroom apartments designed for shared occupancy with generous closet and storage space, excellent sound control, and private balconies. Architecturally pleasing buildings are situated on well landscaped grounds with a pond and green space for resident enjoyment.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 years while she was finishing her master's at BGSU. We stayed in University Court (A) in a 1 bedroom. It was, by far, the best apartment complex I have lived in. The location is very close to the university and is a nice walk to get to the center of BG. Maintenance was quick with all repairs and management was friendly. Great value overall (our rent was $690 with all utilities included except electric [$20-25] and wifi [$45-50]).
The only downside was that the walls are pretty thin and it is a college student hub, so parties and heavy noise might be expected (and

Clean, great price and very close to campus. If maintenance is ever needed- the staff take care of it very quickly. Guest parking can be annoying. There is not a visitors' parking area. In order to have anyone park after 10pm you need to go to the office to get a permit ahead of time or they will be towed.
