These guys were amazing! I requested same day service with a stain removal, and while they were unable to get it done on the same day, they were extremely friendly and managed my expectations. They informed me that they would be able to do it, but it wouldn't be available for pickup until the following morning. Now, for me, that is impeccable service. Nothing is more frustrating than a service provider over promising and under delivering. This is the first dry cleaner I have used in Nashville, and there is no need for me to continue to shop around to see if I can find better service. I won't. Oh

This is my go to spot if I ever need dry cleaning in the city. The staff are friendly, helpful, and the quality of their work definitely shows. Your clothes are ready on time, and they look as good as new each time!

I called first thing in the morning and asked if they could turn around dry cleaning by noon. They said yes so i drove over, dropped off at 8:30, and at 12 it was being bagged for me to take with me! Super friendly, Stellar service! Thank you all for your help!

The guy was very nice, but I don't think they actually washed either items that we took in. The blanket still smelled weird. Maybe it just got put in the wrong pile idk I'll edit this review if they offer to rewash at no cost.

Decided to write this review in hopes to save anyone else from the heartache I suffered. I dropped off my wedding dress the day after my bridal shoot in September 2020 because I had 3 small stains on it. I told them, if they couldn't take the stains off, I wouldn't mind just wearing my dress as is because the stains did not bother me too much. I told them I was worried my dress would shrink. One of the part owner of the cleaners laughed and said that dry cleaning doesn't shrink anything and that if it did, it would force me to lose weight. I should have known then that this was not

I have only had to use them a couple times but every time I have used them I have been very impressed. They do a great job for a very low price in comparison. Also had to get some pants re hemmed and they were happy to do so and did a great job. Only complaint I would like is that they might want to try staying open a little later

I brought an untagged, high-end piece of clothing in to have stains removed. I signed a waiver and hopes for the best because I needed the piece cleaned quickly. Not only were they prompt, but they removed every stain and returned the piece perfectly. The associate was professional and honest. I was thoroughly impressed.

Thorough, and gentle. I had difficult stains to remove from delicate fabric and they went above and beyond to make sure my piece was clean and without stains.

We’ve always had such great experiences at Life Cleaners, but recently they really went above and beyond. My wife and I brought in several pieces of clothing, one of which included a wedding dress that looked like it was dragged through a muddy field.
The prices were more than fair, the service was friendly and informative, and somehow someway the wedding dress came back spotless! Will definitely be coming back.

Found this cleaners using yelp. My boyfriend's job requires a lot of business attire, which results in a lot of cleaner visits. Being new to the area this cleaners is very effective and efficient.

I had a great experience here! I had been wanting to try them out because they are so close.

First the people are very friendly. I dropped my clothes off with a man and picked them up with a woman and they were both kind, helpful and very professional.

I love that this place is eco-friendly. It definitely makes me feel better about having my clothes cleaned. I also loved how clean the building is. It definitely wasn't some run-down dry cleaner that makes you feel nervous leaving your nice clothes at.

There were hidden up charges for lined clothing. The pricing was not worth the service. Their "same day cleaning" was actually two full business days.

In addition, a simple day dress that I had cleaned, costing almost $16 to clean alone, had new stains on the front of it! Very frustrating.

Overall, I had a horrible experience and I will not be returning to Life Dry Cleaners. Only risk going here if you find a coupon!

I use them on a regular basis. Have been very satisfied. I love that my clothes are treated better due to the eco-friendly that they use!!! Being able to have my clothes delivered is a plus in this area of Nashville. I have been more than pleased with their work.
