I had a great experience with Lenny at the Chimney Specialists. I reached out because I had a family member whose chimney needed both an inspection and a cleaning. The support/scheduling staff at the Chimney Specialists reached out right away to schedule the site visit, and had what I believe to be a very reasonable price for both the cleaning and inspection.

Lenny came out last week and I was really impressed with how he and his helper (sorry, forgot his name), got out of their van wearing face masks over their mouth AND noses', came in my home being very polite, confirmed that what I asked for was what they were there to do, got to work right away and made sure to not make a mess and cleaned as he went. I'd like to add that I had another company come out a month prior and they were immediately "stumped" on how to remove the soot/creosote from my wood stove and said they had to come back with the proper vacuum hose next week. Over a year ago I contacted the Chimney Specialists for help with a leak coming through my chimney. They responded and found my chimney caps were in need of replacement. They replaced them, but leaking continued. I called them back a second time and they responded promptly without question. They inspected the caps and double caulked them. However leaking continued. This is more than a year later. I recalled them a third time and, again, they responded without question. They reinspected the caps and assured me they were fine. These guys know there stuff! We just moved into a new home and needed an inspection/cleaning. They did it all very quickly, explained everything in detail, and gave us some great advice! I'm happy to know our fireplace and chimney are now safe to use and ready for winter. This was our first time using this company and we'll be using them again.

This is a rip off company. They don't tell you they charge a estimate fee and when they arrive the demand it. Than have the nerve to tell you it was a dispatch mistake. I wouldn't recommend this company at all! If if I could give them a no star. I would.
