I went there and got a 3s large sub. You better get a large because if you don't you're going to wish you did. This mammoth masterpiece consisted of pastrami corn beef salami lettuce onions tomatoes melted cheese coleslaw and a little more. Wasn't messy? Yes but that's what made it so good because they pile everything on so high. The flavor of the combination of everything on it is amazing. You've never had anything like it. Don't bother with SUBWAY® or some of the other crap that's out there for a couple bucks more you get quality meat and a great sub. You won

I cannot say enough about this venue. My father passed away suddenly and since he was elderly we didn't expect many people after the service. As the funeral drew close I was informed that over forty people were coming to the luncheon. I was going to have it in my home but as the count grew it was impossible. I was frantic to say the least. Center Stage Deli and Catering to the rescue. My sister approached the owner, Dave and inquired about catering the luncheon for 40 people on very short notice. Dave was very accommodating and I felt he cared about our situation. He took the order and told

This is the most welcoming restaurant/catering business I’ve ever been to! They worked with me and provided a stress less family event at their location for forty people. The food was top quality and delicious (ziti and meatballs, salads, roasted chicken, fresh breads, condiments). The space was neat, clean and roomy and everyone complimented me on my choice of venue! I am so thankful and I would recommend them to anyone! Also, they have a large menu selection to choose from! I felt the price was very reasonable too!

We showed up at 630, they close at 7, we still got seated. Great start. Service was awesome thanks to Michela . I got a corned beef Reuben n well done fries. Reubens needed just a bit more meat n kraft. Was on lean side. But excellent. Fries were perfect. My son got they're own Buffalo chicken mac n cheese n loved it. Said heat was spot on.
The menu is keeping with the times but I really liked old one. Thats just me.

Omg. Love their soups. Homemade and really delicious. I order turkey on hardroll and the meat is plentiful. Cheeseburgers (with bacon) is amazing too. Reubens too are delicious. Oh and potato salad fresh and tasty! Great staff always friendly. Pick up in time. Dine in is efficient too! Been going here for years!

5 Star rating is not high enough!
Because of the "Stay Home" order resulting from the coronavirus pandemic on the 2020 St. Patrick's Day, we ordered two Corned Beef Dinners for take out. We are blown away by the quality and quantity. We could gave shared one dinner but it is better to get two meals.
The corned beef was so tender and sliced on thin side. The cabbage was cooked to perfection as were the creamy potatoes with skin on and carrots.
Please see the photo I posted with my review.
I made a corned beef dinner on Saturday, but this was much better in every way.

This deli is kind of in no mans land. I would imagine that very few people know it is here. I have never seen it busy. Sometimes the service can be slow. I have had an ordered messed up from time to time.
The two best deli's in the world are/were found in New York City. Katz's and the Carnegie (now closed) are/were the gold standard.
Center Stage has some really nice things on their menu. The corned beef and pastrami are pretty authentic. Nice rye bread. The pastrami/corned beef combo with cole slaw and russian dressing is a killer sandwich Their soup is excellent along with the tuna

My boyfriend and I stopped here last night to pick up dinner and head over to Collins Park. I got the corned beef/pastrami coleslaw sub and he got a Reuben. We also got macaroni salad and tuna ring salad. The sub was delicious, perfect amount of each ingredient on a roll that was delicious and hearty enough to hold everything inside it. The salads were fine, what you would expect from a deli, but the winner was the Reuben. So much corned beef! very very thick sandwich that was just delicious. Dont be afraid of the construction on Hamburg as I'm sure it is hurting the businesses on this

This review is for the one sandwich that I just ordered. I don't care about any other items, reviews, or experiences. The Combination Sandwich "A" (Pastrami and Corned Beef) is a major player in the "best sandwich" game. Sandwich perfection - like the Langer's #19 (yeah, I said it... those who know. Know what I mean). Anyway, there is no way the staff knows how good this sandwich is. If I worked here I wouldn't share it or sell it to anyone at all. I would lock the doors and eat until the next delivery truck showed up with more ingredients - to make more - to

I read the rave reviews and was excited to try this delightful.
I am not sure what all the excitement is about?
My roast beef sandwich was average. The fries that came with the sandwich, which I really didn't want, but was told that is how it was sold, we're soggy and undercooked. The fries went straight into the trash bin outside.
I will not be back and do not recommend this spot.

We're always on the lookout for good places to stop and have a good meal while on the road. This is an excellent deli. Though upstate, Center Stage serves a Reuben worthy of the Big Apple. A variety of homemade soups to choose from that changes daily. I had the sausage-tortellini--yum! K. had the potato soup--more the baked-potato soup than the cream-of-potato variety she prefers, but she says it was good. Very good onion rings and french fries. Thick-cut chips come with the sandwiches. (We definitely ordered too many potato products!) Convenient to the New York Thruway. Very nice staff. Would

Popular delicatessen and restaurant with a Broadway theme, dine-in or takeout. I also recall seeing the Center Stage Deli in the Proctor's Arcade. They make fantastic Grilled Reubens, Hot Pastrami Sandwiches, and Combination Sandwiches, including the Pastrami and Corned Beef Sandwich with slaw & Russian dressing.
This casual deli/restaurant is divided into two sections. On the left side, the main deli takeout area has wood floors, with overhead menu boards over the long deli counter & food prep area. On the right side, a full service dining room decorated with lots of framed Broadway
