These people are amazing! I can't speak highly enough about them, but I'll try. The front staff are great we all how rare it is to find people with customer service skills in the medical field. Well these ladies impressed me with courtesy and competence. The nurses are friendly and efficient. They do a great job listening and being as thorough as possible. Drs. Allison Richardson and Linda Rollins both made me feel like my problem was important to them.
I have a few different issues so I go through 3 or 4 specialists and none of these other clinics hold a candle to Arkansas Family Medicine.

I’m so disappointed in my experience! Was in search of answers as to feeling really off. Was told by dr that we would do bloodwork, specifically hormones and thyroid and she would consult with me after. The girl drawing blood missed my vein somehow, bruised me for over 2 weeks and on top of it i had to call after a week to get my results because no one called me in 24-48 hours like they said they would. I reminded them not once but twice that I was still waiting to hear from the dr about our next steps. By the way, they never tested my hormones which was the main thing they thought was off! Both

I’ve been trying to get a refill for 3 weeks now, every time I call it’s an excuse, I even went about doing the email, still and excuse. What’s the point in a PCP if they don’t help you but let you suffer but has emailed me about a 20 dollar deductible 100 times and I’ve been 4 times paid 3 times was referred to places I have to pay a deductible at each time. I’m a hard working mother and I’m sure this isn’t how they should treat their patients.
