Dr. West is a native of Little Rock and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology. She attended Ross University School of Medicine and graduated with High Honors. After completing residency, she joined Norman Regional Health Systems where she worked as a hospitalist, then went on to practice outpatient General Internal Medicine in Norman, Oklahoma.
Direct Primary Care is a new health care model in which patients pay a monthly membership fee, eliminate copays and receive unlimited access to their Physician. Dr. Lillian West is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. Her interest in becoming a physician was peaked early in childhood after her grandfather was hospitalized. Intrigued by the profession, as a young teenager she attended a few summer programs locally that nurtured the desire and it began to grow.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a new health care model that allows patients to have direct access to their physician by paying a monthly fee. We believe that many will benefit from having direct access to their physician as we work together to improve your overall health and manage your chronic health conditions.
We don't accept insurance for our professional services which allows us to deliver outstanding care and longer visits. Patients will be billed monthly. Pricing structure is a set fee; see pricing table above. Children who are attending college, or live in their parent's home up to age 24, are eligible under the family membership.

I have never felt so valued as a patient. From the time I enter the clinic, until I leave, I receive excellent care from Dr. West, her partner, and staff. When I call the office, Dr. West answers the phone. I don't have to leave several unanswered messages and/or get an appointment months out. My needs are met in a timely manner.

It’s great to have a primary care provider with flexible access. The atmosphere is tranquil and unhurried. What I love most is the direct access that I have to my provider. My care is personalized using a holistic approach that encompasses all of my needs: psychological, physical, spiritual, educational, emotional, and social. (All of those social determinants of health!) My physician will sit with me for an hour to discuss any concerns that I have or just to review medical/social history as well as that of my family.
