This man took my armoire from my home to refinish it at his business at 3 Marketplace, palm Coast, Fl. He took it on 10/14/19 and I was promised it would be returned before Thanksgiving that same month. He was to paint the armoire. He procrastinated, made excuses, told me not to pick out a paint color yet. Very bizarre behavior from this guy. I had to repeatedly prompt him to work on the piece. It is now late July and he refuses to finish painting it or return it to me. The agreed price was 300$ I paid him 160$ already and was going to pay the remaining amount when he finished.
