Avrora Inc. has been providing customers with the finest quality custom woodwork for twelve years. We are a custom furniture shop, specializing in exotic veneer and solid woodwork for high-end residential and commercial projects. Owned and operated by Andrei Zborovski (pictured above). Born in St. Petersburg, Russia which is where he learned his craft.

As a fully equipped woodworking shop, with a trained and highly experienced staff, we can manufacture any piece of furniture for your home or office, as well as custom built-in architectural paneling, entertainment units, and tables. Avrora Custom Woodwork offers a broad range of woodworking services available to all customers, whether an individual client, a designer or architect, or a woodworking shop. Our woodwork shop includes a 4' by 8' hot hydraulic veneer press, for custom veneering of any species, size, thickness, or pattern.
Like many of his countrymen, Andrei came to the Unites States from Russia seeking a new life after the fall of the communist regime. Perestroika, you see, was a double-edged sword. While the citizens of the United States saw it as a step forward for democracy, the citizens of the former Soviet Union were thrust into a life where everything known to them had collapsed.

Before and after pictures of Andre’s custom work. This is the 4th custom creation that he has done for us. His craftsmanship is amazing and he has great design ideas. He worked closely with my wife to design this sliding door with Italian veneers to hide the pantry. We are already designing his next project in our home.

Andrei created the dream kitchen. He is wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating to the client. Andrei is a fantastic craftsman. We first came in contact with Andrei through our interior designer who had contracted with him to design & build various pieces of furniture, including a dining room table, fireplace surround & end tables, etc,
When we downsized to a Condo, we immediately hired Andrei to design & build new kitchen cabinets. They are outstanding.

Andre May be a woodworking genius. We asked Andre if he could bring back to life two large wood sculptured egrets. While Andre may claim that he is no artist, we beg to differ. His work was true artistry.
The way he used his artistic eye to accent and recolor the birds was fantastic. We know that he specializes in custom wood work, furniture and cabinetry, and we saw many of his fabulous creations in his shop. But his work on our beloved bird sculptures was a truly magnificent.
We believe anything he puts his hand to will be perfection.

I have worked with many craftsman through my years. Andrei is a craftsman's craftsman. He is what every craftsman should aspire to become. His attention to detail borders on obsession. As odd as it may sound he loves his work and he winds up convincing you to love it as much as he does creating something far superior to anything you might have envisioned at the start. To say he is a master craftsman would be to understate his skill. I am almost sorry our projects are complete but I daily get to enjoy the fruits of all the efforts.

I came to Andrei with an idea and a sketch of a custom end table, which he turned it into a beautiful masterpiece. Andrei is methodical, and truly cares about his projects. His passion for woodworking cannot be overstated, and he produces nothing but the highest quality work.
